Mesa Mental Health offers administrative services that are designed to manage mental health and substance abuse issues across a full continuum of care through a network of providers and facilities. A fully licensed Third Party Administrator, Mesa Mental Health offers a comprehensive range of administrative services that can accommodate a wide variety of benefit plans and provide effective benefit management.

Mesa Mental Health systems are organized in two main areas:

• Behavioral Health Benefit Management – Serving Insurance Companies, HMO’s, PPO’s, POS Plans, and Self-Insured Employers in managing behavioral health benefits.
• Employee Assistance Program Services – Serving employers in providing counseling and referral services, training services, and organizational development services designed to promote the health and wellness of individual employees, their families, and the organization.

Mesa Mental Health manages benefits and provides programs covering over 180,000 members through a delivery system that includes over 500 credentialed providers and 10 contracted facilities. All Mesa Mental Health processes, policies, and procedures are designed for compliance with standards as set forth by the National Committee for Quality Assurance and applicable state and federal regulations.
